We want your custom UPI QR products to reach you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping details below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all major cities and towns across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

• All products are custom-printed after your order is confirmed.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or weather conditions

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
• For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge may apply at checkout

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
• You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• For lost shipments, please allow 7 business days beyond the expected delivery date before reporting
• We will arrange a replacement for damaged or lost orders at no extra cost
