Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PrintMyScanner, every product is custom-made to order. Since each sticker and standee is personalized with your UPI QR code and business details, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we fully support exchanges and replacements in the cases listed below.
1. No Refund Policy
Because all orders are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun. Please double-check your UPI QR code and business details before submitting your order.
2. Exchange / Replacement Policy
We will offer a free replacement in the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- There is a printing error on our part (e.g., wrong colors, blurry print, incorrect layout)
- You received the wrong product
3. How to Request a Replacement
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at nivaragraphic@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
- Approved replacements will be dispatched within 3–5 business days
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Errors in the QR code or text submitted by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper installation, physical damage)
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before production begins (typically within 2 hours of placing the order)

- Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted
