1. About Us

PrintMyScanner is an online store specializing in custom UPI QR stickers and standees for Indian businesses. We are operated by Nivara Graphics, based in India.

2. Product & Customization

• All products are custom-printed based on the details and QR image you provide.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the UPI QR code and business details you upload are accurate.
• We are not liable for errors in the final product caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
• By uploading your UPI QR image, you confirm you have the right to use it.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are accepted via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets through Razorpay.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Once production begins on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on printmyscanner.in including logos, product images, and website design is the property of PrintMyScanner and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrintMyScanner shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
